To support our growth, we are seeking a Recruitment Consultant (Junior/Medior) to join our team in Brussels.You will have the opportunity to build and manage a diverse portfolio of clients, from NGOs to multinational companies across sectors such as Retail, Pharmaceuticals, and more. You will work closely with their Management teams, providing strategic recruitment support.

Job Description

Recruitment Consultant / Senior Recruitment Consultant:

As a Recruitment Consultant you will:

  • Be responsible for developing your own region and "hunting" new business opportunities
  • Manage and advice your portfolio of clients and candidates
  • Build close partnerships with clients by identifying their needs and help their business grow
  • Lead the recruitment process from A to Z, from the interview to the offer stage
  • Conduct interviews to thoroughly evaluate candidates
  • Negotiate Commercial Terms of business and rates
  • Have an involvement in the proposal process
  • Celebrate successes with your team members

The Successful Applicant

Recruitment Consultant / Senior Recruitment Consultant:

The ideal candidate will meet the following criteria:

  • Master's Degree
  • At least 2 years of experience, preferably in Sales (Business to Business) or in Recruitment (Recruitment Consultant / Business Manager)
  • Fluent in French & English - first command / understanding of Dutch is an added value
  • Smart working ability
  • Ambition, outgoing personality, and a will to win
  • Willingness to learn and develop commercial skills
  • Resilience and ability to manage up and downs
  • Team player
