  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process.
  • Develop and maintain a portfolio of clients.
  • Source, interview, and assess qualified candidates.
  • Build long-term relationships with clients and candidates.
  • Provide recruitment advice and market insights.
  • Negotiate offers and support placements.
  • Contribute to business growth through commercial activities.

Profil recherché

  • Previous experience in sales, business development, customer-facing roles, or recruitment is a strong advantage.
  • Commercial mindset with excellent relationship-building skills.
  • Driven, resilient, and target-oriented.
  • Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Fluent in French & Dutch, French & English, or Dutch & English.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, international, and performance-driven environment.

Conditions et Avantages
