Employees benefit from direct access to decision-makers, significant ownership of their responsibilities and the opportunity to contribute to strategic initiatives with tangible business impact.Description du posteAs Regulatory Officer, you will act as the primary legal and regulatory specialist for the Dutch market.Your responsibilities will include:Serving as a key point of contact with Dutch authorities and regulatory bodiesCoordinating regulatory interactions in collaboration with compliance, legal and external advisorsManaging license maintenance, renewals and related regulatory obligationsOverseeing all statutory notification requirements and submissions to Dutch authoritiesMonitoring regulatory developments and assessing their impact on business activitiesTranslating regulatory requirements into practical internal processes, controls and guidelinesProviding legal advice on commercial initiatives, marketing campaigns, partnerships and new product featuresSupporting internal stakeholders on regulatory risk assessments and compliance mattersCoordinating litigation matters involving customers, business partners or authoritiesManaging escalated complaints with potential regulatory implicationsAdvising on terms and conditions, promotional rules and responsible measuresSupporting customer support, compliance and responsible gaming teams on legal mattersEnsuring customer-facing processes remain aligned with applicable regulationsCreating and maintaining internal regulatory guidelines and training materialsCollaborating with stakeholders across multiple countries and business functionsProfil recherchéMaster's degree in Dutch LawBetween 1 and 5 years of professional experience in a legal or regulatory environmentExperience with Dutch law is essentialExperience gained in private practice, in-house legal departments, regulatory bodies or compliance functions is welcomedFluent Dutch and English, both written and spokenFrench is considered a strong assetStrong interest in regulatory and compliance mattersAbility to analyse complex legal situations and provide pragmatic solutionsAutonomous while maintaining a collaborative mindsetExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsComfortable working in a fast-moving and evolving environmentWillingness to travel occasionally to the Netherlands when requiredGood command of Microsoft Office tools and digital collaboration platformsPersonality-wise, our client is looking for someone who is transparent, approachable and communicative.
