About Our Client

Our client is a growing Luxembourg-based fund services company, providing fund registration, regulatory reporting to clients across Europe.They are recruiting a new colleague to support the team with a peak of activity.

Job Description

The Regulatory Reporting Officer will have the following responsibilities :

  • Prepare the production of regulatory and marketing reporting for alternative funds, including BCL, CSSF and AIFMD reports.
  • Ensure the accuracy, quality and timely delivery of reporting in line with regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor and improve reporting and production tools to increase efficiency and consistency.
  • Work closely with IT and data teams to enhance internal solutions and further automate reporting processes.
  • Contribute ideas to improve the quality, clarity and effectiveness of investor communications.

The Successful Applicant

The successful Regulatory Reporting Officer has the following profile :

  • Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field.
  • 3 to 5 years of relevant experience within the investment funds industry, ideally with exposure to alternative funds.
  • Good understanding of Luxembourg fund reporting and related regulatory requirements.
  • Fluency in English and French, both written and spoken.
  • Strong Excel skills. Knowledge of VBA, Python and/or SQL is an advantage.
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and the ability to identify practical, sustainable solutions.
  • Proactive and results-oriented, with a hands-on approach to problem solving.
  • A valid Luxembourg work permit is required.
