Job Description

As a Relationship Officer, you will:

  • Manage member interactions, responding to inquiries and providing personalized follow-up;
  • Coordinate general administrative activities and ensure smooth day-to-day operations;
  • Update and maintain member databases, ensuring data accuracy and integrity;
  • Prepare reports and documentation required for fundraising campaigns;
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure clear, consistent, and effective communication;
  • Manage written and electronic correspondence with members;
  • Support the organization and coordination of events and awareness-raising initiatives;
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of internal processes and procedures.

The Successful Applicant

As a Relationship Officer, you:

  • Hold a degree in Administration, Office Management, Secretarial Studies, or another relevant field;
  • Have an excellent command of both French and Dutch;
  • Enjoy working with people and building strong relationships;
  • Work in a structured, organized, and detail-oriented manner;
  • Are proficient in standard IT tools, including Microsoft Office and database management systems;
  • Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills in both French and Dutch;
  • Are service-oriented and enjoy interacting with members;
  • Have an interest in, and ideally an affinity for, the non-profit sector and its values.
