Our partner is part of an international company operating in the retail industry. To strengthen their Sales Support team, they are looking for a German-speaking Sales Support Specialist to assist both Account Managers and customers throughout their projects.

You will join a dynamic and sustainable work environment where growth, collaboration, and respect are at the heart of the company culture. Thanks to a structured onboarding program, you will quickly get up to speed and become a valued member of the team from day one.

Functie

What will you do?

  • You will work closely with our distributor network & managing projects.
  • You will advise customers on the best solutions.
  • Throughout each project, you will build and maintain strong commercial relationships with your customers.
  • You will manage the entire order process, from design and quotation through to production, delivery, and after-sales follow-up.
  • You will communicate daily with customers and suppliers to ensure orders are completed accurately and on time.
  • You will handle customer complaints professionally by investigating issues and implementing appropriate solutions, working closely with the Account Manager when needed.
  • You will monitor backorders and process product returns accurately and efficiently.
  • You will ensure accurate invoicing, prepare credit notes, and follow up on outstanding payments.

  • Has a hands-on mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Is fluent in German and English, knowledge of Dutch is a strong advantage.
  • Is proficient in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
