Job Description

As a Salesforce Consultant, you will be responsible for optimizing and enhancing the Salesforce ecosystem while working closely with business stakeholders and international teams. You will translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions and contribute to the continuous improvement of business processes.

  • Gather and analyze business requirements from various stakeholders.
  • Configure and optimize Salesforce solutions across different business domains.
  • Participate in projects related to process automation, integrations, and system enhancements.
  • Provide functional expertise and support to end users.
  • Collaborate with international teams and external partners.
  • Contribute to best practices, documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives.

The Successful Applicant

  • 3 to 9 years of experience working with Salesforce.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce configuration and business processes.
  • Experience interacting with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Fluent in Dutch and comfortable communicating in English.
  • Proactive, solution-oriented, and eager to learn.
  • Salesforce certifications are considered a plus.
