Functie

As a (Senior) Recruitment Consultant your responsibilities are:

Business Development & Sales

  • Identify and prospect new business opportunities within your market.
  • Develop and manage a portfolio of clients across different industries.
  • Conduct client meetings to understand hiring needs and business challenges.
  • Negotiate commercial agreements and recruitment partnerships.
  • Build long-term relationships with key decision-makers and HR stakeholders.
  • Become a trusted advisor for your clients regarding talent acquisition and market trends.



Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from briefing to placement.
  • Source and engage top talent through LinkedIn, job boards, networking, and referrals.
  • Conduct interviews and assess candidates' skills, experience, and motivations.
  • Present qualified candidates to clients and manage the interview process.
  • Deliver an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline within your specialisation.



Client Relationship Management

  • Act as the main point of contact for your clients.
  • Provide market insights and salary benchmarking.
  • Ensure a high level of service and client satisfaction.
  • Develop long-term partnerships based on trust and expertise.



Profiel

A successful (Senior) Recruitment Consultant should have:

  • Previous experience in sales, business development, recruitment, consulting, customer service, or a commercial role.
  • Strong interest in business development and client relationship management.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and passion for achieving results.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Resilient, ambitious, and motivated by targets and performance.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Fluent in French and English or Dutch and English.
