Description du poste

As Senior KAM, you will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of key retail accounts, developing tailored commercial strategies to drive distribution, visibility, and long-term profitable growth. You will act as the primary point of contact for your customers, ensuring strong partnerships and flawless execution in the market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop strategic relationships with key off-trade customers in the non-food channel.
  • Negotiate annual agreements, pricing, and promotional plans to deliver sustainable growth.
  • Develop and execute joint business plans aligned with customer and company objectives.
  • Drive distribution, shelf presence, and visibility of product ranges across retail partners.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer performance to identify opportunities.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, supply chain, and category teams to ensure execution excellence.
  • Deliver against sales, profitability, and market share targets.
  • Provide regular performance analysis and strategic recommendations to senior management.

Profil recherché

  • Proven experience in Key Account Management within FMCG, preferably in non-food or general merchandise.
  • Strong commercial acumen with excellent negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build long-term, trust-based relationships with retail partners.
  • Analytical mindset with strong understanding of sales data and category performance.
  • Entrepreneurial, proactive, and results-oriented approach.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Fluent in French, Dutch and English.
