We are seeking a Senior Recruitment Specialist to lead and optimise end-to-end talent acquisition for our client in Belgium. This is a strategic and hands-on role with strong exposure to hiring managers and leadership. You will drive recruitment excellence, build pipelines, and enhance candidate experience while contributing to broader HR initiatives.

Description du poste

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment from intake to onboarding
  • Act as a strategic advisor to hiring managers
  • Build and execute sourcing and talent pipeline strategies
  • Optimise recruitment processes and candidate experience
  • Analyse recruitment data and provide actionable insights
  • Coach and challenge stakeholders on hiring decisions
  • Contribute to employer branding initiatives
  • Participate in transversal HR and transformation projects



Profil recherché

Essential:

  • 5-7 years' experience in corporate recruitment or equivalent
  • Fluent in Dutch and French, with good English
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Hands-on, proactive, and structured approach
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced, evolving environment
  • Data-driven mindset with strong organisational skills

Preferred:

  • Experience in media, marketing, or agency environments
  • Exposure to high-volume or fast-growth recruitment contexts
  • Interest in AI and new recruitment technologies
