Rattaché à la Direction Générale, vous jouerez un rôle clé dans la définition et la mise en œuvre de la stratégie RH en lien avec les enjeux opérationnels, sociaux et réglementaires du secteur.

Rattaché(e) à la direction générale, vous supervisez la gestion stratégique des ressources humaines au sein de l'entreprise. Vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec le conseil d'administration et l'ensemble des départements pour mettre en place des politiques RH alignées avec les objectifs du groupe.
