Description du poste

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from needs definition to contract signature
  • Develop and implement proactive sourcing strategies to attract high‑quality candidates
  • Draft and publish engaging job descriptions across appropriate channels
  • Identify, screen, and assess candidates using structured interviews and relevant assessment methods
  • Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process
  • Ensure an excellent candidate experience from first contact through onboarding
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of recruitment processes and related projects
  • Represent the company at career events, networking initiatives, and employer branding activities



Profil recherché

  • You can demonstrate more than 4 years of experience in recruitment, ideally in a dynamic or fast‑paced environment
  • Strong sourcing capabilities and good knowledge of modern recruitment tools and platforms
  • Familiarity with technical or specialized roles, or willingness to quickly build expertise
  • Ability to assess both technical skills and cultural fit
  • Well‑organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Fluent in French and English; Dutch is an asset
