Description du poste

As a Technical Sales Manager, your main responsibilities will be to:

  • Manage and develop solution sales activities across Belgium, mainly in Wallonia & Brussels.
  • Visit existing customers facing technical issues or requesting improvements to their installed systems.
  • Diagnose product or system challenges on site and identify the most appropriate solution.
  • Work closely with internal engineering and technical teams to validate proposed solutions.
  • Prepare and present commercial proposals aligned with technical feasibility and customer needs.
  • Strengthen customer relationships by acting as a trusted advisor and problem solver.
  • Identify upgrade, replacement, and small installation opportunities to support revenue growth.
  • Report activities and maintain accurate forecasting using the internal CRM.



Profil recherché

The successful candidate will have the following qualities:

  • Proven sales experience with technical products and installations.
  • Fluent in French with solid working proficiency in Dutch.
  • Strong ability to understand customer challenges and translate technical issues into tailored solutions.
  • Experience working in an industrial or technical environment.
  • Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills with a service‑oriented mindset.
  • Comfortable operating independently in a field‑based role across Belgium.
  • Collaborative, structured, and able to work closely with internal technical teams.
