As a Traineeship Recruitment & Sales professional, your responsibilities are:

  • Engaging with clients to understand their recruitment needs and business objectives.
  • Identifying and sourcing suitable candidates through various channels.
  • Providing tailored recruitment solutions to meet client requirements.
  • Building and maintaining strong client and candidate relationships.
  • Managing the recruitment process from start to finish, including interviews and feedback.
  • Preparing and presenting proposals to clients.
  • Collaborating with the sales team to identify new business opportunities.
  • Ensuring timely and accurate reporting of recruitment activities.

Profil recherché

A successful Traineeship Recruitment & Sales professional should have:

  • A degree in a relevant field such as business, human resources, or a related discipline.
  • A strong interest in recruitment and sales within the business services industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • An ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • A proactive attitude and a desire to learn and grow professionally.
  • Organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Proficiency in English, Dutch & French;
