About Our Client

The organisation operates in the Transport & Distribution industry in BRUCARGO.

Job Description

  • Keep freight shipments moving smoothly and on schedule
  • Enter shipment data accurately and on time in our system
  • Monitor and follow up on shipments from start to finish
  • Ensure timely and accurate customer and supplier invoicing
  • Coordinate deliveries and customs clearance where required
  • Communicate with customers to organize shipments and provide excellent service
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and suppliers
  • Follow company procedures and compliance requirements at all times
  • Achieve KPI and service targets in line with company standards
  • Understand customer processes and keep internal operating procedures up to date

The Successful Applicant

  • 2-3 years of experience in logistics or transportation
  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
  • Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset
  • A proactive attitude with excellent organizational skills
  • Good knowledge of Excel, Word, and other digital tools
  • Professional fluency in Dutch and English
  • The right to work in Belgium
