Onze klant zoekt een hands-on Sales Support Specialist die de volledige order-to-cash flow beheert voor de Nordics en Baltics. Je fungeert als spilfiguur tussen klanten, accountmanagers en interne afdelingen en draagt actief bij aan groei.

Our client is looking for a Sales Support Specialist responsible for the complete order-to-cash process within the Russian/CIS market. You will act as a key liaison between customers, sales teams and internal departments while supporting business growth.

As an Inside Sales Officer, you are responsible for managing and processing incoming client requests in a fast-paced operational environment. This role is not focused on active selling, but rather on ensuring that customer inquiries are correctly understood, prioritized, and translated into accurate and timely quotations.

You act as a central point of contact between customers and the commercial team, playing a key role in delivering efficient and high-quality service.
