Our client is looking for a Payroll Administrator motivated to join the Payroll Comp&Ben team. In this role, you will carry out payroll administration tasks and work closely with the Payroll Officers. You are an essential link in the administration of payroll processes.

The payroll & HR Specialist has to ensure pay is processed on time, accurately, and in compliance with government regulations.

Your experience in payroll will be essential to ensure a smooth payroll processing for our 350 (white-collar) employees at our headquarters based in Belgium as well as at our branches in France, Germany, Italy, the UK and the Netherlands.

It's a key role in the organization, ensuring smooth HR follow-up for all the employees
