It plays a key role in enabling the safe and efficient production of biologic drugs like vaccines and antibodies.Description du posteAs a successful Account Manager Bio process - Pharma industry - ENG, you will have the following responsibilities:Manage and grow long-term relationships with existing international customers, acting as the main point of contact (especially with procurement teams) for the sales & after sales topics.Lead commercial activities such as pricing discussions, contract negotiations, and business reviews while ensuring customer satisfaction and resolving issues.Act as a bridge between customers and internal teams (product, QA, logistics), translating customer needs into business insights, opportunities, and risks.
