We are looking for an experienced Accounting Manager to oversee a portfolio of Luxembourg-based holding entities. This role combines technical accounting expertise, team supervision, and close interaction with senior management and external auditors.

About Our Client

Our client is a well-established international group operating across multiple continents, with diversified activities in industrial and financial sectors. The Luxembourg office functions as an internal service hub supporting several group entities with accounting and financial operations.

Job Description

  • Manage the full accounting cycle for multiple Luxembourg holding companies (Lux GAAP)
  • Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual closings
  • Supervise a small team of part-time accountants
  • Handle multi-currency accounting transactions (EUR, USD, others)
  • Prepare financial reports for senior management
  • Act as the main point of contact for external auditors
  • Ensure compliance with local tax and regulatory requirements
  • Improve accounting processes and recommend efficiencies
  • Collaborate with international teams across Europe



The Successful Applicant

  • 5+ years of accounting experience, ideally in international environments
  • Strong knowledge of Luxembourg accounting standards and holdings structures
  • Proven team management or supervisory experience
  • Comfortable working in multi-currency environments
  • High level of accuracy, autonomy, and accountability
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluent in French, with a good command of English
