Job Description

As an Odoo Business Analyst, you will support clients throughout their digital transformation journey, helping them leverage Odoo to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Gathering and analyzing business requirements across multiple departments.
  • Facilitating workshops with key stakeholders and end users.
  • Translating business needs into functional Odoo solutions.
  • Supporting ERP implementation projects from analysis to go-live.
  • Working closely with consultants, developers, and project managers.
  • Defining and executing testing scenarios to ensure successful delivery.
  • Driving user adoption and continuous process improvement initiatives.



The Successful Applicant

  • Experience as a Business Analyst, Functional Analyst, ERP Consultant, or a similar role.
  • Knowledge of Odoo ERP or experience with other ERP platforms.
  • Strong understanding of business processes such as Finance, Supply Chain, Operations, HR, or CRM.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Fluent in French and Dutch, with a good command of English.
  • Solution-oriented mindset and strong analytical abilities.
