Job Description

The Business Development Manager - Technology / Engineering Sector will have the following responsibilities :

  • Develop and execute the commercial strategy within your assigned region, aligned with the company's growth objectives.
  • Build and manage a portfolio of B2B clients within industrial and manufacturing sectors.
  • Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities related to product development, engineering services, industrialization, and outsourced manufacturing solutions.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and relationship building to proposal development, negotiation, and contract closure.
  • Coordinate awarded projects in collaboration with internal stakeholders, ensuring alignment on timelines, budgets, quality requirements, and customer expectations.
  • Collaborate with international teams to create commercial and technical synergies across the organization.
  • Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and growth drivers.



The Successful Applicant

  • Minimum 5 years in a similar position: business development or sales experience within a technical, engineering, or industrial environment.
  • Proven experience selling engineering, R&D, product development, industrialization, or manufacturing-related services.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Passion for technology, innovation, and long-term customer partnerships.
  • Fluency in French and Dutch, with professional proficiency in English.
