Functie

As a Customer Service DACH for the medical sector your responsibilities are:

  • Manage customer inquiries and provide accurate information in a timely manner.
  • Process orders and ensure correct documentation for the medical sector.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to address and resolve customer issues effectively.
  • Monitor and follow up on deliveries to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Support customers with product-related questions and technical assistance.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements within customer service operations.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.

Profiel

A successful Customer Service DACH for the medical sector should have:

  • Proficiency in German and English, both written and spoken.
  • Knowledge of customer service processes and tools.
  • Experience in SAP is a big plus
  • Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Customer-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills.
