Job Description

As a Customer Service, your key responsibilities are:

  • Processing and managing customer purchase orders in a timely manner, ensuring compliance with customer logistics and shipping requirements.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries and resolving day-to-day issues.
  • Provide customers with accurate information regarding orders, products, and services while adhering to company processes and procedures.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to manage escalations and ensure prompt resolution of customer concerns.
  • Register and track customer issues within Salesforce and ensure appropriate follow-up actions are taken.
  • Coordinate closely with Logistics and Warehouse teams to resolve order and delivery-related issues efficiently.
  • Support knowledge sharing and participate in market-specific training initiatives.
  • Contribute to team performance by maintaining a customer-focused mindset, supporting colleagues, and working towards established KPIs.

The Successful Applicant

We are looking for:

  • Previous experience in Customer Service, Order Management, or a related sales administrative role.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills with a customer-centric approach.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, international environment.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish, with a good command of Portuguese.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications. Experience with ERP systems is a plus.
