The role sits within the Finance team and acts as a key interface between Finance, IT, and Data, ensuring robust data flows, system integration, and reliable reporting across the organization.

Job Description

  • Own and manage finance-related data systems and data flows across multiple platforms
  • Ensure data integrity, reliability, and consistency across ERP and connected systems
  • Support system integrations, including during acquisitions and business expansions
  • Contribute to ERP enhancements and optimisation initiatives
  • Work closely with Finance and IT teams to translate business needs into technical solutions
  • Develop and maintain data models supporting reporting and analytics
  • Support automation initiatives and data governance improvements
  • Provide support and training to internal users when needed

The Successful Applicant

  • Degree in Finance, Computer Science, Data Engineering or related field
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar role (data, systems, ERP, or finance systems environment)
  • Strong technical skills (e.g. SQL, data modelling, system integration)
  • Solid understanding of finance processes and ERP systems
  • Experience working in cross-functional environments (Finance / IT / Data)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
  • Structured, autonomous and solution-oriented profile
  • Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Fluent in English and french or Dutch
