To support this journey, they are seeking a Digital & Process Expert (AI) to play a key role in shaping and delivering their digital transformation initiatives.

Job Description

As a Digital Expert, you will play a central role in shaping and accelerating the organization's digital and AI transformation agenda.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Analyzing existing business processes across accounting offices and identifying opportunities for optimization, standardization, and automation.
  • Defining future-state processes and selecting the most appropriate technologies to support them.
  • Driving the adoption of digital tools such as accounting, reporting, workflow, and collaboration platforms.
  • Identifying and implementing AI-powered solutions that enhance productivity, reduce manual work, and improve service quality.
  • Monitoring emerging trends in Artificial Intelligence, machine learning, automation, and digital innovation, and translating these into concrete business opportunities.
  • Designing and coordinating change management and implementation strategies for large-scale transformation projects.
  • Acting as a trusted advisor to management and business stakeholders regarding digitalization initiatives and process improvements.
  • Collaborating closely with key users and local offices to ensure successful adoption of new technologies.
  • Supporting continuous improvement initiatives through feedback collection, process reviews, and performance monitoring.
  • Building and facilitating internal communities to share best practices, success stories, and knowledge related to digital tools and AI applications.
  • Serving as the link between operational teams, leadership, and technology partners to ensure digital initiatives deliver measurable business value.



This position combines business analysis, process improvement, technology consulting, AI enablement, and change management in a highly visible role.

The Successful Applicant

The ideal candidate combines strong business acumen with a genuine passion for technology, digital innovation, and Artificial Intelligence.

You are likely to bring:

  • Several years of experience in a digital transformation, business analysis, process improvement, consulting, or change management role.
  • A solid understanding of accounting workflows, financial processes, or professional services environments. Experience within accountancy is considered a strong asset.
  • A strong interest in AI technologies and their practical application in business environments.
  • Experience working with digital platforms, workflow tools, automation solutions, or business software ecosystems.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to identify inefficiencies and translate complex challenges into practical solutions.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • A collaborative mindset and the ability to engage users at all levels of the organization.
  • A pragmatic and hands-on approach, balancing long-term strategic objectives with short-term business needs.
  • The ability to explain complex technological concepts, including AI-related topics, in a simple and accessible manner.
  • Curiosity, adaptability, and a continuous improvement mindset.
  • Willingness to travel regularly to various offices and work closely with local teams.
  • Professional proficiency in Dutch and English, with French considered a valuable asset.
