Job Description

The Digital Marketing - Real Estate Sector will have the following responsibilities :

  • Develop and execute strategic marketing plans
  • Generate qualified leads for the sales team
  • Manage communication on social media
  • Collaborate with external partners for content creation (copywriters, press agencies, etc.)
  • Design and launch marketing events
  • Analyze marketing campaign performance and provide detailed reports to optimize future initiatives
  • Contribute to the development of a mobile application in the long term

The Successful Applicant

  • 5+ years of marketing experience
  • Passion for real estate
  • Proven success in lead generation and B2C sales
  • Proficiency in CRM systems
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and team management skills
  • Expertise in digital marketing, particularly SEA and SEO
  • Dutch native, fluent in French
