  • Act as the operational bridge between E-commerce, IT, Customer Service, Logistics, Project teams and external partners.
  • Follow up on payment, delivery and order-related processes, ensuring issues are addressed quickly and efficiently.
  • Coordinate the management of incidents and technical issues, prioritising them according to their impact on customers and the business.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of e-commerce processes, tools and ways of working.
  • Analyse performance and operational data to identify trends, recurring issues and areas for improvement.
  • Support the implementation of new e-commerce initiatives, projects and system enhancements.
  • Ensure a high level of data accuracy, operational quality and customer satisfaction across the online channel.

The Successful Applicant

  • You are analytical, structured and solution-oriented, with a natural ability to prioritise.
  • You are comfortable working cross-functionally and coordinating with multiple stakeholders.
  • You don't wait for problems to solve themselves: you are proactive, hands-on and pragmatic.
  • You have a genuine interest in retail, e-commerce and customer experience.
  • Experience with e-commerce platforms, order management systems, payment solutions, ticketing tools or analytics platforms is a plus.

What's on Offer

  • A key operational role within a well-established retail environment.
  • The opportunity to have a direct impact on the customer experience and online business performance.
  • A dynamic position combining e-commerce, operations, technology and retail.
