Description du poste

The key responsibilities are:

  • Develop and expand export markets outside Western Europe
  • Build and manage relationships with international distributors and key accounts
  • Drive sales growth and implement commercial strategies
  • Negotiate contracts with retail chains, discounters and specialised stores
  • Collaborate with agents across different regions
  • Analyse market trends and identify new business opportunities
  • Work closely with internal teams (marketing, supply chain, product)
  • Travel internationally (±50%)



Profil recherché

The profile that we are looking:

You combine a business development mindset with strong account management skills:

  • Experience in FMCG / consumer goods
  • Strong B2B sales background
  • Proven experience in international sales and distribution
  • Experience working with agents is a plus
  • Hands-on, entrepreneurial and results-driven
  • Familiar with CRM systems
  • Fluent in English (other languages are a plus)
  • Willing to travel frequently
  • Comfortable in a dynamic, growing SME environment
