As Freelance HR Employer Branding & Events Specialist, you will replace a team member on long-term sick leave and take ownership of the follow-up and coordination of upcoming employer branding activities. With a busy event calendar starting in October, you will coordinate multiple stakeholders and ensure that events and recruitment initiatives are organised and executed smoothly.

Functie

The freelance HR employer Branding & Events specialist will:

  • Coordinate and follow up on upcoming employer branding and recruitment events ;
  • Manage event planning, logistics, timelines and practical follow-up ;
  • Coordinate internal stakeholders, external partners and event suppliers ;
  • Support campus recruitment activities and relationships with universities ;
  • Ensure consistent employer branding across events and recruitment initiatives ;
  • Follow up on invitations, registrations, communications and event materials ;
  • Manage multiple projects, events and priorities simultaneously ;
  • Provide structured reporting and follow-up to the HR and Talent team ;

Profiel

A successful freelance HR employer Branding & Events specialist should have:

  • Experience in Employer Branding, Campus Recruitment, HR or Talent Acquisition ;
  • Corporate background within a law firm, Big4, bank or similar environment ;
  • Proven experience organising and coordinating professional events ;
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills ;
  • Highly organised, structured and able to manage multiple priorities ;
  • Hands-on mentality with strong attention to detail ;
  • Fluent in English and Dutch or English and French ;
  • Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced professional environment ;
