About Our Client

Our client is a fast-growing industrial engineering and construction company delivering large-scale projects across highly regulated and technical industries in Belgium and Europe.

Job Description

  • Lead the preparation, coordination and submission of technical and commercial tenders for industrial EPC projects.
  • Define bid strategies and coordinate multidisciplinary teams including engineering, procurement, planning and legal.
  • Oversee cost estimation, technical documentation and ensure all tenders are delivered on time and to a high standard.
  • Manage, coach and develop a team of Tender Engineers while fostering collaboration and continuous improvement.
  • Drive the digitalization and optimization of tendering processes to support the company's growth ambitions.



The Successful Applicant

  • Master's or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial or related Engineering.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Tender Management within an EPC or industrial construction environment.
  • Strong technical knowledge of industrial piping, mechanical systems or similar process installations.
  • Proven leadership experience with the ability to manage teams and coordinate multiple stakeholders.
  • Fluent in French and English, with strong organizational, communication and strategic thinking skills.
