Our client is an international industrial organisation operating in a highly regulated environment, with a strong focus on ethics, integrity, and sustainable business practices across its global operations.

Job Description

  • Support and enhance third-party risk management processes, including due diligence, KYC, and supply chain compliance
  • Review commercial and procurement contracts to ensure appropriate compliance clauses (ethics, anti-bribery, trade compliance) are applied
  • Provide pragmatic, risk-based advice to business stakeholders on compliance-related matters
  • Draft and review compliance documentation, including statements, certifications, and responses to client or partner requests
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Legal, Procurement, Finance, and Audit teams to implement compliance initiatives



The Successful Applicant

  • Master's degree in Law with relevant experience in compliance, legal advisory, or consulting
  • Strong hands-on experience in third-party risk management, contract review, or compliance program deployment
  • Solid knowledge of compliance frameworks (ABAC, trade compliance, KYC/due diligence)
  • Pragmatic, solution-oriented mindset with the ability to operate autonomously
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work in an international, cross-functional environment
  • Fluent in English
