Job Description

  • Coordinate and oversee the daily operations of the site to ensure efficiency, service quality, and profitability.
  • Support the development of commercial activities while maintaining strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders.
  • Lead and coach operational teams, fostering employee engagement, talent development, and a positive working environment.
  • Ensure compliance with transport regulations, health & safety standards, labour legislation, and internal policies.
  • Monitor operational performance, identify improvement opportunities, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.



The Successful Applicant

  • Proven experience coordinating operations within the transport, logistics, or industrial sector.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple operational priorities.
  • Commercial awareness and the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Solid understanding of operational processes, performance management, and regulatory requirements.
  • Fluent in French, Dutch, and English
