Job Description

You will work closely with the HR Manager on a day-to-day basis and will be responsible for the full range of operational HR activities, including both Soft HR and Hard HR responsibilities:

Soft HR

  • Recruitment and onboarding of new employees
  • Performance management and employee development
  • Training coordination
  • Employee relations and engagement initiatives
  • HR support and guidance to employees and managers



Hard HR

  • Payroll coordination and administration
  • Management of employee contracts and HR documentation
  • Time and attendance follow-up
  • Benefits administration
  • Ensuring compliance with labour law and internal HR policies

The Successful Applicant

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in payroll administration or in a HR Generalist role.
  • Good knowledge of Belgian labour and social legislation.
  • Excellent command of English, both written and spoken and Good working knowledge of French and Dutch.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
  • Interest in new HR systems and technologies.
  • Strong service-oriented mindset with a genuine desire to support employees throughout their career journey.
  • Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
  • Flexible, with the ability to manage changing priorities effectively.
  • Solution-oriented, proactive, and accountable.
  • Ability to build trusted relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.
  • Positive, approachable, and collaborative personality.
