Job Description

  • Develop and execute IT strategies, budgets, and operational plans aligned with business objectives.
  • Oversee IT infrastructure, networks, servers, databases, and business applications to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
  • Lead enterprise system initiatives, enhancements, integrations, and process improvement projects.
  • Drive cybersecurity, risk management, business continuity, and disaster recovery programs.
  • Ensure IT governance, compliance, and best practice adoption across the organization.
  • Manage IT vendors, service providers, contracts, and service-level performance.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the local IT team while fostering a high-performance culture.
  • Collaborate with regional and global teams on technology standards, implementations, and strategic initiatives.
  • Identify opportunities for innovation, automation, and operational efficiency improvements.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, enterprise systems, and IT operations, including people management responsibilities.
  • Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, networking, cybersecurity, and systems administration.
  • Experience supporting ERP platforms and enterprise applications.
  • Familiarity with cloud technologies, database management, and IT service management practices.
  • Proven leadership, stakeholder management, and project delivery capabilities.
  • Strong communication skills in both Thai and English.
  • Strategic mindset with hands-on problem-solving abilities.
