Job Description

  • Lead IT operations and customer-facing technical services across Thailand.
  • Manage customer implementations, system integrations, software upgrades, and technical support activities.
  • Partner with Commerical teams to deliver technology solutions and support business growth.
  • Develop IT plans, budgets, policies, and service improvement initiatives.
  • Lead, coach, and develop the IT team while ensuring achievement of operational KPIs.
  • Maintain strong relationships with customers, distributors, and external partners.
  • Ensure high service quality, customer satisfaction, and effective use of CRM and reporting tools.
  • Provide technical leadership to support training, product launches, seminars, and customer engagement activities.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in IT Operations, Technical Support, IT Service Delivery, or Customer Solutions roles.
  • Proven experience managing and developing technical support or IT service teams.
  • Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, software applications, system implementation, and troubleshooting.
  • Experience supporting customer-facing technology solutions and system deployments.
  • Strong project management, stakeholder management, and vendor management skills.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Customer-oriented mindset with a focus on service quality and continuous improvement.
  • Good command of English, both written and spoken.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and IT service management processes.
