You will act as the first point of contact for Hard HR topics, ensuring compliance with local labour legislation, accuracy of HR data, and smooth execution of HR processes throughout the employee lifecycle.This position offers an excellent opportunity for an HR professional who wants to further develop expertise in Belgian labour law, HR administration, payroll coordination, and HR operations.Employee Lifecycle ManagementManage and coordinate all administrative HR processes from onboarding to offboarding.Prepare employment contracts, contract amendments, and other employment-related documents.Follow up on employee movements, including promotions, transfers, changes in working time, and organizational changes.Payroll & Compensation AdministrationAct as the main point of contact for payroll administration and collaborate closely with the payroll provider.Follow up on absences, leave requests, time registration, and benefits administration.Support compensation and benefits administration and related documentation.Labor Law & ComplianceEnsure compliance with Belgian labour legislation, collective labour agreements, and internal policies.Monitor legislative changes and support the implementation of required updates.Provide first-line guidance to managers and employees on contractual and administrative HR matters.HR Operations & Data ManagementMaintain accurate employee data in HR systems (Workday and other HR tools).Ensure data quality, reporting accuracy, and compliance with GDPR requirements.Create and maintain HR procedures, policies, templates, and documentation.Process ImprovementIdentify opportunities to improve HR processes and administrative efficiency.Support the digitalization and automation of HR activities.Contribute to HR projects related to compliance, employee administration, and operational excellence.The Successful ApplicantMaster's degree, preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration, Payroll Administration or a related fieldFluent in Dutch and French, both written and spoken; good command of EnglishMinimum 5 years of relevant experience in an HR generalist, HR operations or payroll-related roleGood knowledge of local legislation (knowledge of Luxembourg legislation is a plus)Good knowledge of Office tools (Outlook, Excel, Power point)Knowledge of Workday is a plusStrong communication and presentation skillsStrong analytical skillsComfortable working with digital HR systems, tools and process automationResults orientedGood administrative and organizational skillsOpen-minded, autonomous, flexible and proactiveAble to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalismWhat's on OfferWhen you join Siemens Healthineers, you become one in a global team of scientists, clinicians, developers, researchers, professionals, and skilled specialists, who believe in each individual's potential to contribute with diverse ideas.
