To strengthen their operations team, they are currently looking for a motivated Junior Supply Chain Graduate eager to learn, grow, and gain exposure to end-to-end supply chain activities.

Job Description

As a Junior Supply Chain Graduate, you will support various supply chain functions and gain valuable hands-on experience across planning, logistics, inventory management, and operations.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting demand planning and forecasting activities
  • Monitoring inventory levels and helping optimize stock availability
  • Coordinating with suppliers, warehouses, and transportation partners
  • Tracking deliveries and ensuring smooth order fulfillment
  • Assisting with data analysis and preparing supply chain performance reports
  • Identifying operational improvement opportunities and supporting continuous improvement initiatives
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders such as Procurement, Customer Service, Logistics, and Operations
  • Participating in supply chain projects related to process optimization, digitalization, and performance enhancement
  • Ensuring accurate data management within ERP and supply chain systems
  • Contributing to the achievement of service, quality, and cost objectives

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Engineering, Economics, Operations Management, or a related field
  • Recent graduate or first professional experience within Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, or Planning
  • Strong analytical mindset with good problem-solving abilities
  • Fluent in English; French and/or Dutch are considered strong assets
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
  • Comfortable working with data and supply chain KPIs
  • Eager to learn and develop within an international environment
  • Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with different stakeholders
  • Team player with a positive and hands-on attitude
