With a strong focus on expertise, quality and long-term partnerships, the company is growing its recruitment activities and is looking for a motivated Junior Talent Acquisition to strengthen its team in Brussels.

Job Description

As a Talent Acquisition, you will manage the recruitment process from understanding the hiring need to presenting suitable candidates. Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Understanding recruitment needs with internal stakeholders and translating them into clear candidate profiles.
  • Sourcing and attracting candidates through LinkedIn, databases, job boards and other channels.
  • Screening applications and conducting first interviews to assess skills, motivation and cultural fit.
  • Managing several vacancies simultaneously and building strong candidate pipelines.
  • Matching candidates'profiles with specific project and business requirements.
  • Presenting shortlisted candidates to internal stakeholders and following up throughout the selection process.
  • Coordinating recruitment-related administration and ensuring a smooth candidate journey.
  • Maintaining close communication with both candidates and internal stakeholders throughout the process.

The Successful Applicant

You are:

  • Proactive, reliable and comfortable taking ownership of your work.
  • Well organised and able to manage several priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable asking questions and seeking clarification when needed.
  • A strong communicator with a professional and collaborative mindset.
  • Genuinely interested in recruitment and candidate sourcing.
  • Fluent in French and English.
  • Experience recruiting IT, digital or technical profiles is a strong plus, but not a requirement.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, an ATS or other sourcing tools is an advantage.
