Job Description

  • Developing and managing your own portfolio of clients within your specialist market.
  • Identifying new business opportunities and expanding existing partnerships.
  • Advising clients on recruitment strategies, salary benchmarks, and talent market trends.
  • Sourcing, screening, and interviewing qualified candidates.
  • Guiding candidates throughout the recruitment process and supporting them in their career development.
  • Matching top talent with suitable opportunities.
  • Negotiating offers and managing placements from start to finish.
  • Achieving individual and team targets within a dynamic and entrepreneurial environment.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree holders.
  • Passionate about people, business, and career development.
  • Strong communicators with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Commercially minded, ambitious, and results-driven.
  • Resilient and proactive, with a positive attitude and a desire to succeed.
  • Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
  • Fluent in English and Dutch and/or French.
