Job Description

As a Business Analyst Microsoft Dynamics 365, you will support clients in analyzing, optimizing, and transforming their business processes through innovative ERP and CRM solutions.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Gathering and analyzing business requirements from key stakeholders.
  • Leading workshops and translating business needs into functional specifications.
  • Supporting the implementation and optimization of Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions.
  • Acting as the liaison between business teams, consultants, and technical experts.
  • Coordinating testing activities and ensuring successful user adoption.
  • Contributing to complex, large-scale digital transformation programmes.

The Successful Applicant

  • Experience as a Business Analyst, Functional Analyst, ERP Consultant, or a similar role.
  • Good understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Finance & Operations, Business Central, Customer Engagement, or related modules).
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Comfortable interacting with both business and technical stakeholders.
  • Fluent in French and Dutch, with a good command of English.
