Today, with more than 15,000 alumni, the association supports and promotes the School association students and graduates throughout their professional careers by providing services tailored to their needs.Job DescriptionThe Operations & Partnerships Manager of the school association plays a central role in the day-to-day management of the association. Working closely with the Board of Directors, the Operations & Partnerships Manager ensures that operations are aligned with the association's mission and strategic objectives. The Operations & Partnerships Manager contributes to the development of growth strategies and oversees their implementation, manages the team and ensures the effective allocation of resources.The Operations & Partnerships Manager also develops and coordinates synergies between the different School entities to ensure consistency, efficiency and attractiveness across the wider School community. Day-to-day management of the association - 70%Financial ManagementMonitor accounting processes and cash flow, including payments, reimbursements and invoice settlements.Prepare financial and operational reporting, including P&L, cash flow and budgets.Prepare budget proposals in collaboration with the Treasurer.Identify and recommend improvements to optimise resource management.Implement KPIs to measure the impact of initiatives and adjust strategies where necessary.Operational Execution of Strategic ObjectivesWork closely with the Board of Directors to develop the association's strategy and action plan.Provide the analyses, KPIs and reports required to monitor and support the implementation of Board decisions.CommunicationTranslate the strategic communication plan into an actionable roadmap and oversee its implementation with the team.Manage communication projects, including the development and monitoring of campaigns.Manage social media activities and coordinate communication materials.Implement tools to measure the effectiveness of communication initiatives, including ROI, engagement rates, etc.Contribute to content creation, including articles, newsletters and social media content, in line with the association's strategic objectives.EventsOversee the organisation of events, including coordination, communication, logistics and reporting.Manage networking events in collaboration with the team.Identify and develop partnerships with speakers, sponsors and other organisations to enrich the events programme.Propose innovative event formats to meet members' expectations and increase engagement.Attend and represent School association at events.Human ResourcesEnsure the operational supervision of the team and conduct individual performance reviews.Propose and organise training initiatives to strengthen individual skills and improve collective performance.Foster a positive team culture based on collaboration and the achievement of shared objectives. Sponsorship & Partnerships - 20%Design and implement, in collaboration with the Board of Directors, a retention strategy aimed at developing sustainable, high-value partnerships.Prospect for and identify new sponsorship opportunities aligned with the association's values, objectives and mission.Manage and monitor sponsor relationships across administrative, financial and contractual matters.
