Job Description

  • Provide day-to-day functional support for Oracle ERP systems, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Analyze user requirements and deliver tailored solutions, including system enhancements and custom reports.
  • Develop and maintain reports using Oracle Report Builder and SQL.
  • Support and optimize Oracle applications, ensuring performance, accuracy, and data integrity.
  • Administer and maintain Oracle and SQL databases, including basic troubleshooting and performance monitoring.
  • Collaborate with business users (Finance, Supply Chain, Operations) to improve system utilization and efficiency.
  • Act as a key point of contact for ERP-related issues, enhancements, and user support.
  • Support Microsoft Office tools and general IT-related user requests when required.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Oracle ERP support, development, or related roles.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Applications, Oracle Database, and SQL.
  • Proven experience in report development and system customization.
  • Good understanding of business processes in manufacturing or FMCG is an advantage.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a user-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders .
