To support their daily operations, they are looking for a reliable and hands-on Administrative & Order Management Assistant to join their team on a part-time basis during the mornings.

Job Description

As an Administrative & Order Management Assistant, you will provide day-to-day administrative support and ensure smooth follow-up of customer orders and enquiries.Your tasks will include:

  • Processing and entering customer orders in the system
  • Following up on order statuses and delivery schedules
  • Managing incoming emails and customer enquiries
  • Providing basic customer support and information
  • Coordinating with internal departments regarding orders and deliveries
  • Maintaining and updating customer and product information
  • Preparing administrative documents and reports when required
  • Supporting the sales and operations teams with general administrative tasks



The Successful Applicant

We are looking for someone who is organized, customer-oriented, and comfortable handling a variety of administrative tasks.Requirements:

  • Previous experience in an administrative, customer service, order management, or office support role
  • Good communication and follow-up skills
  • Accurate and detail-oriented way of working
  • Proactive and reliable personality
  • Good knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)



Languages:

  • Required: Dutch and English
  • Strong asset: Dutch, English, and French
