Job Description

As a Payroll Officer Freelance your responsibilities are:

  • Process and verify payroll information: hours worked, paid time off, bonuses
  • Update and compile administrative documents in each employee's individual file
  • Be the key stakeholder for payroll informations for all the company
  • Keep abreast of developments in legal regulations, social policies, and tax policies.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Payroll Officer Freelance should have:

  • 5 years of experience in payroll processing and management.
  • Knowledge of labor laws and tax regulations in Belgium.
  • Perfect knowledge of eBlox
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
  • Excellent communication skills to liaise with team members effectively.
