Job Description

  • Support Private Bankers in managing client portfolios.
  • Prepare client meetings and reports.
  • Handle account opening and KYC documentation.
  • Follow up on client requests and transactions.
  • Coordinate with Compliance and Operations teams.
  • Maintain accurate client records.
  • Provide high-quality administrative and client support.

The Successful Applicant

  • A background in banking, financial services, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in banking or financial services.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Client-oriented and proactive mindset.
  • Fluent in French or Dutch.
  • Good level of English.
  • Comfortable with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
