Our client is seeking a sales-oriented Project Manager - a role weighted around 85% on commercialisation and client relationships - to drive the sale of office, residential and mixed-use developments while overseeing their delivery.You will own the commercial success of each operation, working hand-in-hand with Sales, MarCom and Development teams to convert prospects, secure deals and maximise the value and profitability of every project.

Job Description

Commercial leadership & sales (the core of the role)

  • Own and drive the commercialisation strategy for office, residential and mixed-use developments
  • Convert prospects into signed deals and maximise sales volumes and margins
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, investors and partners throughout the sales cycle
  • Steer the design and rollout of sales and communication materials with MarCom and Residential Sales & Client Experience
  • Position each product to its target market and secure client satisfaction from first contact to handover
  • Provide commercial reporting and sales forecasting to the relevant departments



Project oversight & delivery (supporting dimension )

  • Contribute to feasibility studies, assessing technical, administrative, risk and cost factors to validate profitability
  • Coordinate internal and external contributors to keep projects aligned with the commercial roadmap
  • Safeguard quality, cost and deadline objectives through to delivery
  • Ensure administrative, financial and budgetary follow-up of development operations
  • Work transversally with Project Developers and internal departments for proactive planning and risk control

The Successful Applicant

  • A Master's-level degree (Bac +4/+5) in engineering, architecture, business or equivalent
  • A proven, sales-driven track record with 5-10+ years' experience in residential or office real estate in Luxembourg
  • A genuine commercial mindset: negotiation, deal closing and client-relationship excellence
  • Solid understanding of construction and property development: design, permitting, technical and administrative dimensions
  • In-depth knowledge of the residential, office and/or tertiary real estate market
  • Adaptable, proactive and comfortable delivering under tight deadlines
  • Able to assert authority while thriving within a multicultural, collaborative team
  • Fluent in French with strong professional English; German and Luxembourgish are an asset
