Job Description

  • Lead finance workstreams within the ERP implementation project.
  • Gather business requirements and translate them into system solutions.
  • Improve finance processes, controls, and reporting capabilities.
  • Partner with Finance, Operations, IT, and external vendors.
  • Review and validate ERP functional design and configuration.
  • Oversee finance data migration, testing, and system readiness.
  • Support user training, business adoption, and change management.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting, audit, tax, and reporting requirements.
  • Drive costing, inventory, and manufacturing finance process improvements.
  • Provide project updates, risks, and recommendations to stakeholders.

The Successful Applicant

  • Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field.
  • Strong experience leading ERP implementation or finance transformation projects.
  • Experience with SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Infor, or similar ERP platforms.
  • Knowledge of financial accounting, reporting, budgeting, and internal controls.
  • Understanding of costing, inventory, and manufacturing finance processes.
  • Experience with data migration, UAT, and go-live activities.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Ability to work across business and technology teams.
