Job Description

Structural Project Engineer - Multidisciplinary Architect & Engineering Firm

  • Lead the structural design and analysis of concrete and steel buildings, ensuring technical soundness and compliance with standards.
  • Guide and support drafting colleagues in producing structural, formwork and reinforcement drawings.
  • Perform thorough checks on plans and calculations before delivery.
  • Assist project managers during the execution phase, providing on‑site technical advice when required.
  • Mentor and coach a junior structural engineer, helping them grow in the role.

The Successful Applicant

Structural Project Engineer - Multidisciplinary Architect & Engineering Firm

  • Holds a Master's or Industrial Engineering degree in Civil/Structural Engineering with relevant experience in building structures.
  • Comfortable handling complex structural calculations independently.
  • Enjoys collaborating in a multidisciplinary team environment, sharing insights and supporting colleagues.
  • Knowledgeable about commonly used design software, especially Scia, and ideally familiar with BIM/Revit workflows.
  • Shows initiative, responsibility, and a drive to find practical solutions.
  • Open to innovation and continuous improvement while respecting diverse perspectives.
  • Dutch speaker, or English speaker that wants to learn Dutch.
  • Preferably 5 years of experience in Industrial Construction.
