  • The organization is undergoing a transformation phase aimed at professionalizing operations and supporting accelerated growth.

Job Description

  • Operations transformation: Analyze, structure, and optimize end-to-end processes and flows to reduce complexity and enhance scalability.
  • Warehouse management: Oversee a +800 sqm logistics warehouse.
  • Supply chain & logistics: Manage forecasting, procurement, inventory, and multi-country logistics flows (inbound, storage, picking & packing).
  • Management & change: Lead a team of ~5 FTE, drive transformation, and foster a culture of operational excellence.
  • Omnichannel & order management: Structure order administration and align B2B and e-commerce operations.
  • Digital & ERP: Professionalize ERP usage (AFAS), improve data quality, and reduce manual workarounds.
  • Performance & KPI: Define and monitor KPIs, implementing a data-driven performance management approach.

The Successful Applicant

  • Proven experience (7-15 years) in operations and/or supply chain within SME or scale-up environments, with a strong hands-on dimension.
  • Solid background in warehouse management, operational logistics, and leading small teams.
  • Strong expertise in omnichannel supply chain (B2B & e-commerce).
  • Analytical mindset combined with a pragmatic, hands-on approach.
  • Experience in change management and organizational structuring.
  • Ability to upskill teams and strengthen middle management leadership.
  • Fluent in French and Dutch (mandatory), with good command of English in an international supplier context.
