The role combines operational execution, stakeholder management and continuous improvement initiatives, ensuring a reliable and cost-effective flow of raw materials and semi-finished goods across the supply chain.

Job Description

  • Manage demand planning, production scheduling and inventory levels for raw materials and semi-finished goods
  • Translate sales requirements and production capacity into effective production plans and MRP requirements
  • Monitor stock levels, warehouse capacity and material availability while proactively resolving supply bottlenecks
  • Analyse supply chain performance through KPIs, reporting and management information
  • Coordinate logistics activities, intercompany shipments and international supply flows
  • Develop strong relationships with suppliers, logistics providers and internal stakeholders to ensure service excellence
  • Lead and coach a team of three direct reports while driving continuous improvement and standardisation initiatives

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics or a related discipline
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Supply Chain, Demand Planning, Production Planning or Logistics within an industrial environment
  • Proven experience working with international stakeholders and global supply chain networks
  • Strong knowledge of ERP systems (SAP preferred), Supply Chain tools and advanced Excel
  • Analytical problem solver with a proactive and hands-on mindset
  • Fluent in English and a conversational level in Dutch is required
  • Able to work independently while effectively managing multiple priorities in a dynamic manufacturing environment
